If you are experiencing audio issues with Merlyn Display, please perform the following checks:

  1. Make sure the USB receiver is connected to the Android USB 3.0 port on the rear of the panel.

2. Make sure the USB cable is hanging down free of any tape, zip ties, or other restrictions.

3. If you have a whip antenna, ensure it is straightened and pointing down. There must a clear line of sight from the antenna to the remote. 2b_Whip Antenna Screen.png
